At Cloud9 Lead Labs, we stand by the quality of every product we offer. Due to the nature of our service based products, Refunds are only issued if both parties deliver on promises such as assets delivered by client including brand assets, copy, a working ad account with no violations or suspensions & provide ad spend on the ad accounts.. If Cloud9 fails to deliver with everything provided we will issue a full refund but if any of these elements are missing the refund is void. Refunds will not be issued after 14 days from the time work begins.
