By scheduling a discovery call, entering into a partnership agreement, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Cloud9 Lead Generation Labs provides lead generation and appointment-setting services to qualifying businesses. Availability is limited to one partner per local market. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.
2. SMS Program Terms
Program name: Cloud9 Lead Generation Labs Customer Communications
This program sends both promotional and transactional SMS messages to contacts who submit our consultation request form at cloud9leadlabs.com and explicitly opt in via a dedicated, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. Promotional messages may include special offers, discounts, and service updates. Transactional messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
SMS consent is separate from and not required by these Terms. You will only receive text messages if you affirmatively check one or both SMS consent checkboxes on our contact form. Submitting the form without checking a consent box, or agreeing to these Terms, does not enroll you in text messaging.
Opt-out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.
Rejoin: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary assets, approvals, and information in a timely manner to enable campaign launch and optimization. Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds or extensions of the guarantee period.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud9 Lead Generation Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and the Cloud9 Lead Generation Labs name and logo, is the property of the Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
